The system picks up and deposits the cases by the bottom resulting in flawless handling. This technique allows for safe handling without damaging sealed cases.

The angular deposit system controls the case right up to the deposit without dropping it on the pallet. This helps in the positioning of the boxes. This process helps to obtain a very compact, stable and aligned pallet which optimizes production quality

The case palletizer is equipped with a gripper able to handle one or more cases at a time. The production rates can go up to 60 cases/ minute with only one robot. Production rates can be increased with additional robots.

Many options can be incorporated into the case palletizer for a complete and integrated solution so that once leaving the cell, the pallets are wrapped, labeled and ready for shipping or storage.
